Watch: Max Verstappen Humiliated As Sister Victoria Takes Him Out While Surfing You Won’t Believe What Happens Next

Max Verstappen may have clinched his fourth consecutive F1 World Championship at the Las Vegas Grand Prix, but it was his sister, Victoria, who stole the show with a hilarious surfboarding mishap. After celebrating his monumental achievement in Sin City, Verstappen headed to Qatar for the next race at the Lusail International Circuit, but his downtime with family led to a comical scene.

In a fun video posted to Victoria Verstappen’s Instagram, the siblings enjoyed some surfboarding action at a water park in Qatar. While riding the waves together, Victoria, clearly in high spirits, lost control and collided with Max, sending him tumbling backward into the water. The moment was captured in all its comedic glory, leaving fans in stitches.

Max, who had just become the sixth driver in F1 history to win four world championships, appeared to take the playful moment in stride. Despite the fall, he was all smiles, basking in the success of his historic win, which made him the fifth driver to achieve four consecutive titles.

While celebrating in Qatar with his mother and sister, Max took a well-deserved break from his hectic schedule. His father, Jos Verstappen, shared a behind-the-scenes update with Dutch radio station Radio 538, revealing that he met Max at the Amsterdam airport, where they continued the family journey.

“I already met him in Amsterdam when he landed, and then his mother and sister joined him for the flight. Max didn’t sleep much; he stayed up until 10:30 a.m. before flying out,” Jos said.

Looking ahead to the 2024 season, Jos remained cautiously optimistic about Max’s chance at a fifth straight title. While acknowledging the impressive progress Red Bull had made, he admitted that the team would need to improve their car to maintain competitiveness in the next season.

“Max isn’t in the fastest car right now. Things need to improve for him to continue winning,” he added. “But what Max did in Brazil was truly remarkable, and it sealed the title for him.”

As Max turns his attention to the final two races of the season, Red Bull is still pushing hard to close the gap in the Constructor’s Championship, currently trailing McLaren by 53 points and Ferrari by 29 points. It’s clear that Verstappen’s battle isn’t over just yet
