Tyson Fury Stuns Laura Woods with X-Rated Comment on Live TV Ahead of Oleksandr Usyk Rematch

In a fiery live interview on TNT Sports during the WBA featherweight title fight between Nick Ball and Ronny Rios, Tyson Fury stole the spotlight with his explosive remarks. Fury, who was in Liverpool to support his cousin Walter Fury in an undercard fight, took to the studio to discuss his upcoming rematch against Oleksandr Usyk—a bout that will see Fury seeking revenge after suffering the first loss of his professional career by split decision back in May.

As Fury gears up for the highly anticipated December 21 clash, he exuded confidence but didn’t hold back on his choice of words, leading to an on-air apology from presenter Laura Woods. When Woods probed if age would affect his fighting style, the 36-year-old heavyweight champion declared, “I’ve always been a bad man my whole life, and I’m still one today at nearly 40 years old. However, I’m going in there in destroy mode. Last time, I was being cautious, but this time I’m not going for a points decision. I’m going to knock a motherf***er out!”

The comment sent shockwaves through the studio, prompting boxing pundit Steve Bunce to quip, “I think you’ve said it!” Woods quickly intervened, stating, “It might be past the watershed, but I probably do have to apologise for a couple of people watching if you’re offended by that. It is Tyson Fury though, so you might get a bit of that anyway.”

Fury, not one to shy away from controversy, added, “I’ll apologise for my behaviour… but if you don’t like it, change the channel!” His unapologetic attitude and bold predictions have certainly set the stage for an electrifying rematch against Usyk, leaving fans eager to see if Fury can deliver on his promise of destruction in the ring.
