SH0CKINGS: Marc Marquez’s Girlfriend, Gemma Pinto GIVES Valentino Rossi Ultimatum Over Derisive Nickname ‘Crashquez’ After Podium in Italy

Tensions between MotoGP legends Marc Marquez and Valentino Rossi have escalated once again, but this time it involves Marquez’s girlfriend, Gemma Pinto, who has reportedly issued a firm ultimatum to Rossi. The feud reignited after Rossi’s derisive use of the nickname “Crashquez” to describe Marquez, following his recent podium finish at the Italian Grand Prix.

Pinto, visibly frustrated by the ongoing verbal jabs aimed at her partner, demanded that Rossi put an end to the derogatory nickname that has circulated since Marquez’s earlier struggles with crashes during the 2023 season. After Marquez’s impressive return to form in Italy, where he secured a podium finish, Pinto felt it was time to address the disrespect.

“Marc has proven himself over and over again on the track,” Pinto said in a statement. “Calling him ‘Crashquez’ after everything he has accomplished is unfair and disrespectful. It needs to stop, or we will have to take a stand.”

The rivalry between Rossi and Marquez is one of the most intense in MotoGP history, with numerous clashes and controversies over the years. The “Crashquez” nickname is a reference to Marquez’s high-risk riding style, which has led to several crashes throughout his career. Rossi, one of the sport’s biggest icons, has often criticized Marquez’s approach, with the nickname adding fuel to the fire.

Pinto’s ultimatum marks the first time a family member or partner has publicly weighed in on the feud, adding a personal dimension to the long-standing rivalry. Her demand for Rossi to stop using the nickname is seen as a call for respect, especially after Marquez’s hard-fought return to the podium.

Fans and MotoGP insiders have mixed reactions to Pinto’s ultimatum, with some supporting her stance and others viewing the rivalry as part of the sport’s competitive nature. However, with Marquez’s performance improving and his resilience on full display, many believe that it’s time for the nickname to be retired.

Neither Rossi nor his representatives have responded to Pinto’s ultimatum yet, but given the history between the two riders, it remains to be seen whether Rossi will back down or if this latest chapter will further intensify the rivalry.

For now, Marquez is focused on his racing comeback, but with Pinto’s public defense, the personal and professional stakes in the Rossi-Marquez feud have only risen.
