In an exclusive report by In Touch, Jennifer Hough, who is suing Nicki Minaj’s husband Kenneth Petty, has accused him of avoiding a deposition amidst their ongoing legal battle. Court documents obtained by In Touch reveal that Jennifer, involved in a criminal case against Kenneth resulting in his 1995 attempted rape conviction, has requested judicial intervention in her civil lawsuit against Nicki, 41, and Kenneth, 46.
The lawsuit includes allegations of intentional infliction of emotional distress, harassment, and witness intimidation, stemming from incidents dating back to 1994. Despite claims of attempts to persuade Jennifer to retract her accusations, which Kenneth served prison time for, both Nicki and Kenneth deny any wrongdoing.
