BREAKING:Sebastian Vettel’s clear verdict on US President Donald Trump sends shockwaves around the world

Four-time F1 World Champion Sebastian Vettel has made a bold statement about US President-elect Donald Trump, calling him a “bad person.” This comment comes after Trump’s victory in the 2024 US Presidential Elections, marking his return to office after his first term and impeachment in 2020. Despite this, Trump secured a second term in 2024, defeating Democratic nominee Kamala Harris.

In an interview with RTL, Vettel was asked whether he would vote for Trump. The German driver responded without hesitation:
“No. Because I think he’s a bad person. There are many other reasons, but in short, I don’t think he’s a good person.”

Vettel, who retired from F1 in 2022 after spending two seasons with Aston Martin, has occasionally been seen in the paddock since his retirement. His comments about Trump have sparked attention, as the driver has often been vocal on social and political matters during his career.

Vettel also spoke about the incredible success of Max Verstappen, who has dominated the Formula 1 scene in recent years. The Dutch driver’s rise to four consecutive driver’s championships has been a topic of discussion, with Verstappen drawing comparisons to Vettel’s own championship run at Red Bull.

“I’m happy for him,” Vettel shared in a conversation with NTV. “He’s just doing it better than anyone else at the moment. We are also in regular contact and get along well. He has taken a very good approach, focusing on maintaining an overview instead of brute force.”

Vettel, who has observed Verstappen’s growth, noted that the 26-year-old has matured tremendously over the years, both as a driver and person. “Even if we had one or two misunderstandings in the past, that’s part of the journey. Verstappen has kept his cool and concentrated on what’s truly important.”

Verstappen’s record now matches Vettel’s with Red Bull, winning four consecutive titles. If Verstappen claims another title in the coming seasons, he will surpass Vettel and claim the fourth spot on the all-time F1 championship list.
