Poor Drake: ‘Not Like Us’ by Kendrick Lamar is now a video game.
It looks like Drake’s year will get even worse. Richie Branson, who is known for his work on the popular video game “Fortnite,” has now developed “Not Like Us: The Game” based on the famous diss song by Kendrick Lamar.

This game is 8-bit, browser-based and free to play. Additionally, Branson has provided information about Cash App and Venmo for anyone who wants to support.

The game was inspired by Lamar’s “Not Like Us” music video — specifically the part where Lamar repeatedly smacks an owl piñata and raps: “Certified lover, certified pedophile/Wop Wop Wop Wop Wop/Dot f*ck ’em up/Wop Wop Wop Wop Wop/Imma do my stuff.”

The player’s goal is to get as many shots as possible before time runs out.“Not Like Us: The Game” is soundtracked by a chiptune version of Mustard’s “Not Like Us” beat. Each time the player hits an owl, the screen will display “WOP!” The song debuted at No. 1 in May for one week and spent the next eight weeks in the Top 10.

This week, “Not Like Us” gave Lamar his first multi-week Hot 100 No. 1 as a solo artist. The song has received 54 million streams and 40 million radio plays.

Last month, the “Humble” rapper performed the song six times at his “The Pop Out” concert in Los Angeles that was streamed on Amazon Prime. During his performance, several rappers—including Dr. Dre, Jay Rock, YG, Tyler the Creator, Schoolboy Q and more—came out to show the love.

In addition to being the laughing stock of the music industry, Drake is also currently having to deal with his mansion in Toronto being flooded due to heavy rains. This too shall pass, Drizzy.
