Eddie Hearn is confident that Jake Paul will easily defeat Mike Perry in their upcoming bout. The YouTube star selected Perry as a replacement for Mike Tyson after Tyson had to withdraw. Perry, a former UFC fighter currently with BKFC, has not previously competed in traditional boxing and has fought in lower weight classes like middleweight and welterweight.
The upcoming fight is expected to be around 200 pounds, a significant increase from Perry’s usual weight classes. Hearn expressed skepticism about Perry’s chances, stating on the MMA Hour, “I’ve never seen Mike Perry fight. Isn’t he a welterweight or something? Two hundred pounds? He’s got absolutely no chance.”
